  • Where do you deliver in Qatar?

    At the moment, we only deliver to the following areas in Qatar:

    Abu Sidra Al Soudan
    Muraikh Ain Khaled
    Al Waab New Al Rayyan
    Al Aziziya Mehairja
    Pearl Qatar Al Ebb
    Muaither North Umm Salal Mohammed
    Al Sadd Muaither South
    West Bay

    We’ll expand to other delivery areas soon. Make sure to indicate your delivery area and email address on the app and we’ll let you know when we can deliver to your area.

  • What type of delivery services do you offer and how much do they cost?

    We currently offer free delivery service for a minimum order value of QAR 150, same day delivery for orders before 12pm and NEXT DAY for orders after 12pm.

  • How will I know when my order is on its way to me?

    We’ll send you an email and notification when your order has been dispatched. We’ll also give you a call before we reach your address to check if you are available to receive the order.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    If we’re still processing your order, we will still be able to change your delivery address. To do this, give Customer Care a call at +97450136919 (we’re available from 10am to 6pm, daily). Any changes in address will reflect for the new orders is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll no longer be able to change your delivery address for that order.
